Rising dance-maker James Cousins gives movement to a rollercoaster romance In a collaboration with British choreographer James Cousins, London-based director Denna Cartamkhoob—whose previous work includes a film on the decadence and debauchery of apparel brand Agent Provocateur—captures an intimate love story told through dance, in a project commissioned by Arts Council England’s youth channel, Canvas. “The performance is a love story, going through extremes and complexities” Speaking of the performance Cartamkhoob explains: “I felt very moved by the duet performed in the film by the two dancers, Chihiro and Gareth.
