What is Pilates ?
Pilates method is a series of exercise created by Joseph H Pilates which can be done both on mat and with the equipments in the studio. Through repetition, commitment and consistency, efficient exercises will help you to reconnect and regain control over the body resulting in a better posture, greater confidence, and positive mind making it suitable for all.

Despite the common assumption of Pilates exercises being for women, Joseph H. Pilates developed the fundamental base method called 'Contrology' on injured and bed-ridden fellow compatriots during World War I. The surviving soldiers who followed Pilates's routine during the terrible influenza epidemic in 1918 are said to be one of the greatest example of the immense benefits of practicing Joseph Pilates’ holistic approach to health.
